well i think it's a hardware problem...

when i try to play music player it restart..when i try to play video it restart...no audio..no earpiece.

for this kind of audio problem u should try to change the handsfree head set jack connector

maybe, just maybe your blue thoot hardware has been damaged, i have some time same problem i apply the warranty, and the tech support say "Its the Bluethoot module please don use that for more tha a couple of ours at day".

lol, its insane i use mi free hands all day.

yes itry the latest version using blackberry desktop manager...still the same..ity old version still the same....its always restart while using..restart when i open ng camera..restart while im typing....when i launch games it restart.

try first apply with lacquer thinner in 30 minutes .then after that dry and check again if same you need changes.power regulator in contain to manipulate the general supply of current probably this is not easy to fixed this is major problem of blackberry ,notice before to make to perform this you need to confirm in your customer for this problem this is 50 50 died or alive .
