This is probably an old topic and of limited interest, but I could not find the old thread on Howardforum anymore...
I do not use data a lot, but do use some. I have been using pageplus, but I want lower data rate of Platinumtel (Native Sprint coverage works fine for me). I am given an option of Blackberry 8830, Blackberry 8330, and Samsung Instinct. I will be using the phone mostly for Browser functions (probably with Bolt Browser), and I do not want to use WiFi..
What I want is ease of use, decent display, durability, and availability of cheap replacement parts (I can do some maintenance..). I am not looking for any possibility of software upgrade, since all of those phones are old, so even if you are able to upgrade, it will slow down the phone significantly..
I would appreciate it if you could offer your opinions.. Thanks!
