Battle Of The Planets - BEING MADE INTO A MOVIE !!!!

Hi all,

I just read that the people responsible for the latest TMNT flick are gonna be making the classic 70's series Gatchaman aka Battle Of The Planets aka G-Force, into a CG movie. I am a massive fan of the original and am looking forward to see what they come up with

I'm sorry, but I didn't go see the new TMNT for the same reason I wouldn't go see this remake. That said BotP was already corrupted by the Yanks from the original Japanese sources they used.

But isn't TMNT's originally from the USA and not Japan?

The film is directed by an american, but I believe the animation is going to be the original Japanese animators who currently do the series.

I absolutely loved BFTP and have the dvd boxset with the original Japanese 'violent' scenes in rather than the edited for US version with the dumb robots. Personally Iwant ti kept untouched and not marred by updating

Yes it is, however I was talking about Battle, not TMNT. Listentome knows what I am talking about and I will need to ask him nicely if I can steal his box set off him lol.
