batting practice question ( how many swings should i take a day)?

i am a pretty good hitter, im leading my team in hr's this season so far, but i would like to take my game to the next level. i currently take 300 swings about 5-6 times a week. play 9 inning games on sundays. i was just wondering how many swings does a serious ball player take in bp
