Batman Returns DVD

I have just got all four of the original movies, and knowing what Warner Bros DVRAB are like, I checked through them. I have found that despite stating Batman Returns has an audio commentary on the cover, my copy doesn't. Has anyone else noticed this? What can be done? Is there somewhere to write to to get it replaced because it is my favourite film, and I was looking forward to the commentary.
 
you should have waited till Monday when the special eRAB come out!! they have a second disc with extras on ! although im not gonna bother as it turns out they are not Directors cuts as it was said a few months ago that they were!! :(
 
They are the special editions! I pre- ordered them from amazon. Have they not come out in the shops yet? I love preordering from the internet, I awlways get DVRAB early!
So I guess I'll have to wait until monday for most responses then?
 
I have heard from other people who have the Batman Returns Special Edition DVD that there is an error with the first disk. Therefore, expect to have a repeat of the Goonies, Hustle and whatever other Warner Bros DVD which had problems. Hopefully someone will give details of where to send the disk back, but if you don't have it yet, it may be best to wait until the recall has been replaced.
 
I emailed Warner Bros today, so hopefully they will respond. When I find out where to send the disk back, I will post details here.
It comes out in the shops tomorrow, so if you buy it, don't say I didn't warn you (which pains me to say, because Returns is my favourite out of the lot)!
Maybe you will understand what I'm on about on monday..
 
You sure about that? I have seen them in both my local Woolworths and in Sainsburys. Sealed box sets sitting there on the shelves ready to be picked up and bought... :confused:

Ok, maybe I am wrong. I thought they don't come out until monday, and that's why there hasn't been much response. Some shops and other people have said they aren't out yet in the shops, but I suppose they were wrong. It would make sense for them to be out already, because I've had mine since friday. :rolleyes:

BUT! When they come out isn't the issue here! It's the fact that Batman Returns has a faulty disk!

Batman (1989)
Batman Returns
Batman Begins

I love them 3 movies but the rest were rubbish :eek:. I might get them 3 on dvd next week :D
 
Can you provide a link, or are we expected to believe that after 6 years of a vanilla disk they bring out two different Special Editions? Does this mean they are bringing out 3 disk editions of the other three movies as well?
Batman Begins is getting a deluxe edition later this year/ early next year.
