Couldn't believe when I saw that batman begins is already on dvd. I have seen it at cinema about 2 months ago. It's going fast.

It was released in june, i thought about 4-5 months to dvd rental was about the norm these days

it's a good film. i enjoyed it. agree with you that it seems to have come out fast though.

The time between cinema release and dvd release is shrinking thankfully, especially if you have a multi region player.

Yeah it was a very good film. Also the short time getting from cinema to dvd is always a good thing

The time it takes a film from cinema to DVD is certainly shorter. Is it to combat the flood of fake DVRAB?

im sure i read some thing about the big companies releasing films on dvd at the same time as cinema in the far off future as they recon they make more money from dvd sales! I hope not as it could kill off cinema

Yeah I had read that too but I cant see it happen as the studios would lose out on millions from lost box office!
It is now normally 6 months between cinema and DVD release but that is getting less and less!
