Batman Begins Sequel

I watched Batman Begins again last night. Great film. Chuckling and cheering I was. Got to the end where he turns the playing card over with the joker - wow, shivers, soooo excited. Must get me frienRAB butt into gear and sort out what date we're doing the Imax in Birmingham.

If you have Sky News click on the red button to access Sky New Active. In the Showbiz section there's about 10 minutes of interviews at the London premiere.

good god thankfully it did die :p :D

not too sure about Heath but i guess as with everything else we shall see!! he maybe good he maybe crap but i ahvent actually seen anything he has done so i cant give any sort of opinion on him!!!

my hubby was telling me the other day over the idea of the Peguin and was rather intreagued (sp) by it! it might just work ok especially if it was Bob Hoskins in the role.

Well they put two of the best Bat bad guys in Begins so i'm sure they could get away with Joker and Penguin AND possibly Dent/Two-Face in The Dark Knight. Spidey 3 seems to have loaRAB of villains.

I liked Ledger in a few things but he doesn't seem to have the larger than life persona needed for the Joker. Unless they want a more restrained psycho than previous versions.

Robin Williams has been talking about been linked to playing The Joker in the Batman Begins sequel. He said "Well, you want to do a different Joker. You know, if they do Arkham Asylum, it would be amazing. Arkham Asylum is one of the greatest, nastiest comic books ever. It's truly, it's like the Marquee de Sade on that level, and wonderfully damaged and quite tragic, in terms of when you realize [what happened to] create these characters..."

"You can go both [over-the-top and dark]," Williams said. "As in madness, there's a lot of ways to go. I think you can really explore how bright and how nasty-funny he is, just like I guess what Kevin [Spacey] did with Lex Luthor, made him really funny, but yet still damaged... As evil is, accessible and yet still horrific". He said he loves comic books and graphic novels. "It's interesting now that they're doing, they all kind of realize, with all the adult comic books or graphic novels for those who are trying to upscale themselves... Is that a comic book? No! It's a graphic novel! Is that porn? No! It's adult entertainment!" He continued to say "They're making these really interesting pieces and there's a lot of great, great comic books and graphic novels out there that could make wonderful movies. They're looking for them, and it's great... I read this comic book called DMZ [by Brian Wood], which is about New York after kind of a Civil War. Could it happen? Every time the helicopters fly over my house I'm going, 'Welcome to Baghdad!' But it's kind of fascinating, because they treat it like the country's divided. All these cities like Lebanon and Beirut and Baghdad and military zones of control, yet it's still the village and it's still its own. Fascinating concept. That's what's good about alternative forms of literature or stuff that you read..." SounRAB like Robin Williams is very interested in playing The Joker!

Not sure how to do spoiler tags s don't read on if you don't wanna here the following rumour.

I read somewhere that the front runners to play the Joker were either Mark Hamill(AKA Luke Skywalker) who voiced the character in the most recent animated batman series and in what would be a massive twist of fate Michael Keaton who played the caped crusader in the 1989 movie.Although Keaton certainly isn't a Hollywood A lister as he once was anymore, judging by his performance in Beetlejuice I think he's make a pretty good Joker
