I like the title and I liek the idea of PSH as the Penguin (Hoffman and Bale on screen together...drool...) but I don't like the casting of Ledger as The Joker. He had one decent performance as a gay cowboy but people have forgotten to look at the rest of his resume (which makes pretty awful reading).

Oh well, I'll watch this for the Christopher/Christian connection anyway.
