Batman Begins Blu-Ray

Let me tell you this, The Dark Knight puts Batman Begins firmly in its place.

Batman Begins was very good, but personally it wasn't a film I could watch over and over.

I could watch The Dark Knight over and over no problem.

I would rate the Batman films as such:

Its 18 quid in HMV.The box was barely bigger than the standard case.I was under the impression it was a big box set.

Got mine from play - came with a usb pen of pics from the Dark Knight & some other goodies. Was about

That would be the US version of the set and trust me "the alternative packaging the UK got is much better".

I got the US set and it has standard size packaging as the memory stick they originally planned to include was withdrawn so the boxset is barely any bigger than the normal box.

Got my Batman 1966 Bluray today and pleased to see that apart from the short dvd featurette thats been ported over - all the new documentaries and other extras are all 1080p

I have a player from 1999 (It's now boxed away) where this was also the case. I was largely referring to a handful of notorious players that were basically huge ugly looking pieces of junk. The cheaper ones to be very frank.


I wonder why it was withdrawn? I'll have to look into that.

To be honest - the memory stick was the sole reason I opted for the box set and I never bothered to check closer to release date to see that it was removed.
