I am a big fun of batman and Tim Burton!!!!!I really loved Batman and Batman returns so I was a bit sceptical about that film!!!!
However I absolutely loved it!!!!It is as a better as Burton's batman and in some points even better!!!!!I cannot wait for the sequels!!!And Christian was amazing!!!Moreover, scarecrow was one of the best villains we have seen in the big screen!!!!
Katie Holmes was what I didn't like about the film!!!!I am going to buy it!!!!!

God yes! Arnold and George Cooney are so not a good combination. That movie was terrible.

I saw the movie yesterday and I thought it was "eh" the strongest relationships were between Batman/Alfred and Batman/Fox

I didn't care for Liam Neeson or Ken Wanntabe in this movie either rather sad since I enjoy both actors.

As for Katie I didn't mind her in the movie I mean she acted older but she looks so young a little too young for Bale. I found the scene at the end to be a Spiderman ripoff. She was hardly in it to ruin the movie I know that's unpopular around here but the movie to me was a disappointment to begin with.

It had great visual effects and fight scenes but beyond that I just was not impressed.

Katie Holmes is one of the worst actresses I've ever seen on a screen because I haven't really her escape the Joey Potter archetype which she brings into every single role she plays, including Rachel Dawes. The day she successfully plays something aside from the girl next door, maybe I'll watch. I just can't stand seeing her in any love story because she doesn't act like a real girl or woman would.

Anyway. That's not why I came here. I came here to post icons.

Really? Maybe it'll look better in action for me. I'd still rather have the one from 89

I actually thought that Keaton was the perfect Bruce Wayne, he played that really well. He just looks and acts like a spoiled rich millionare. That seems to be his strength. It was almost a joke when he was batman though. He isn't tough and is hardly intimidating.

I think once this does very well at the box office next summer they'll finally make Supierman a top priority.

I saw Batman on Sunday. I thought it was great. Definately the best one made since the original. The actors were great, especially Christian Bale. He was perfect for the role. I never liked anyone in that role before, except for Keaton. Nobody can ever replace him. But Christian definately comes in as a very close second. Plus he was just really sexy.

I didn't care for Katie's role as Rachel. Mostly because I just don't like her as an actress at all. She just seemed like an unnecessary character.

The Scarecrow was awesome. That was some freaky stuff. I liked the actor who played him. I don't know his name, but I have seen him in other movies before.

The Bat Tank was great. Way better than the Batmobile.

The whole movie was just really well done. The action was good. The acting was great. I love Morgan and Liam. And the end was good. I liked how they tied it with the original. The detective handing over the calling card left by the Joker.

loved the movie. liam neeson rocked! and ken watanabe's a brilliant actor, i wished he had more scenes. this is the better batman movie. i think christian's okay to play bruce wayne...i just find it weird that whenever bruce is batman, his voice gets lower. well, too low for me. and morgan had a minimal role but i enjoyed his character as well. and michael caine was brilliant too!

whoah for the batmobile! and the fight scenes...my fave scene was the "training" part of bruce with all those black ninjas!

:yay: A teaser is finally available online. :D

This one comes in second for me, behind Batman Returns.. I'm a cat woman loving gal.. but this was definitely one of the bests Batmans, by far.

Just so you know, the other movies took liberties with the comic book history. No, the Joker didn't kill Bruce's parents but like somebody else already said, that guy Joe Chill did. That's one of the things that always bothered me about the previous movies.

And as for everyone else being annoyed with Katie Holmes' part in the movie, they say that because either a) they are annoyed with the publicity she's getting right now because of her fling with Tom Cruise or b) because they were annoyed with her during her Dawson's Creek days.

Now, putting the publicity she's getting aside and never having watched Dawson's Creek in its entirety, I can safely say that Katie Holmes had too small a part to be annoying. Also, the character of Rachel Dawes (even though she doesn't exist in the comics) had its importance in the film: it was the only character that confronted head on Bruce's need for murderous revenge on Joe Chill. She's the one that told him that it's up to the law to decide the fate of criminals (weither they live or die) and not him alone. She also told him that Gotham was worth saving, so that's why I didn't find the character annoying or unnecessary.

I agree, it didn't take alot to do her part, but she did it decently. She was forgettable though, she really didn't add anything to the story, just another person to save fromm the Scarecrow.

I am gonna see this today or tomorrow. From what I heard it was way better then the last two films.

I tried to keep my squeals of appreciation to a minimum! I know I was drooling a lot during the entire movie!
