Batman and Robin Movie 1966

I'd forgotten how deliciously camp and daft this was. I loved watching it with the kiRAB this morning, brought back so many memories! I remember dreaming that Bruce Wayne my boyfriend, showed me where he kept his secret batpole! Seeing it again, there is so much that went over my head back then. The adult comedy they sneaked in. My favourite bit was the helicopter crashing on a "Foam Convention" Holy Sponge Bataman, what are the odRAB of THAT happening!! Great stuff!

Not a bad little film at all.I used to watch the tv series.
Its how a comic book hero should be,without all the graphic violence.Fun.

Funniest bit for me is when they are fighting on the Penguins sub.....Catwoman kicks Batman off the sub into the water and the graphic that comes up............

'Hand me down the shark repellant bat spray' - that bit cracks me up every time.

ON a side note, has anyone seen the episode of the simpsons where they are poking fun at Batman - Krusty the Klown is the villian and ties Batman to a carousel and puts it on high speed - next we see Batman is safe and well, and Krusty asks how he did it and Batman reveals 'I always carry a can of corousel reversal spray'

Loved the bit where they'd just rehydrated the powder back into the various world leaders. Batman and Robin, are standing at the end of the table in their masks, silk cloaks and pants on top of their tights and hoping no-one's noticed, they say "let's try and leave as inconspiculously as possible" and promptly climb out of the window and down the side of the building!
