Bass Fishing - Bait Casting pole to attach to my Shimano Citica?

I can't wait to start fishing! Just purchased my Shimano Citica, thanks to much of the help I've received from all of you.

But now.. I need a pole. I'm probably only willing to spend 60-70$, since I'm low now.. but that should be enough?
Any suggestions?
