basketball.....i need 2 things!!!!?

we'll my ball handling skills are great, but the problem is that i dribble the ball a little TOO HIGH and i need to keep it low to not have the defenders take it. but how can i? and im also 15 5 foot 7 trying to play JV or varsity. but i need EXTREME basketball quickness, how do i get it??????
 
You need to train on speed and strength, look at LeBron, that's all he has and look how sucessful he is.
 
bend your torso forward and bend your knees to maximize your quickness and keep your dribble lower.
 
practice youre dribbling every day. im 6ft tall and im 14. can school pointguards. work on fingertip controll drills and practice dribbling below your knees.

for speed run sprints, walk for a bit then sprint again. keep doing this. also run stairs. do suicides. also do long distance running on your tip toes. standing calf raises/
 
haha...sign up for a parisi speed school, if you have one on your area, or get a trainer or something. but parisi works wonders.
