So I play basketball at least two to three times a week. Most of the people I play with are really good. (We are all 19-25). I use to play when i was like 15 but I stoped and just started again like 2 months ago, and I am really bad when I drive I always under or over estimate how much power to put on the ball. I practice all the time and never seem to get any better. I also want to know if there is something I can do to get my agility back too. I feel sooooo slow like I can't get around people anymore at all. oh and what are some dribbling drills I can do to get better at that too. I can dribble but sometimes when I get momentem doing a 360 spin around someone the ball flys right out of my hands. any help would be great, thanks
