oki this is the summer i want to be the best player in my school and want to make the school basketball team.I started practicing 2 days ago.I wake up at 5:00am in the morning and play basketball till 10:00am and then i come homw and sleep from 11:00 to 3:00pm and then again from 5:00pm to 9pm i go again to play basketball but when i go that time i feel dizzy like iam gona pass out.I really feel very tired i dont know why but it is hard.I feel like i cant do it any more but i still keep pushing it untill iam done,Can anyone tell why is this happening iam 17 years old male.Is there any way to avoid this .Please give give suggestions.
