Basic and Useful Info About China Phone (Learn Yourself)

Hi folks, i buy a nokia n96 clone and have a great problem, i cant connect to any operator, in the screen says "no service" i have tried to scan manually for networks but cant find anything. The suplier says that the phone has the two bands of my country 850 and 1900. Could you please help me to solve this problem ?

i am a beginner in mobile servicing........
i formatted a china mobile with " CPU: MT6223 " and

" chip: 0011:EDB3:000C " by using infinity ......... after the process it not working..
There is only showing " PDA " on the mobile and a bluethooth sign .
