be able to, unrepresented subpoena? subpoena those involved. The bottom line is that I am planning to sue my previous employer the Department of Education and Training (DET,NSW) for having dismissed me (2008) because, in their terms I did not follow a lawful direction. I related to that to the extent that I acted within legislation but it boils down to my refusing to follow unlawful directions. To cut a long story short, it all started with executive staff (H.Teachers' allegations) following a directive from the principal to document me (ten months inclusive across two sites). I refused to acknowledge documented allegations...unlawful in content, legislation and procedure... I sustained injuries in w/place (2003,2004)... as result of harassment of allegations...removed from sites (2003,2004) I was denied compensatory rehabilation fulfillment to return me to work...(2005)... dismissed (18.01.2008). Contextually, I made application to the IRC for constructive dismissal (2005) as advised by the DET regional office...matter dismissed for being outside the IRC's jurisdiction...victimisation (2009) dismissed for out of time...2009... I contacted the Director General to pursue accountability via job descriptions...awaiting responses... hence question about supoenaing...in process of sueing for Intentional infliction of emotional distress...malicious intent on counts of deprivation of civil, economic, cultural and political rights, defamation and discrimination. Since the DET is government linked...cannot find representation...not even legal aid...I remain unemployed with two educational degrees. Therefore, could you provide any help...advice (amount to sue, thinking of $5 million) representation referrals (pro-bono) please asap.
