It's possible that he does like you, don't get your hopes down. However, for me, there is no sign that he likes you.

you guys are probably good friends. I'm sorry though, but there really aren't too many signs he actually does like you. Of course, I could be drastically wrong, but based on my analysis, he hasn't shown signs of liking you.

But don't get your hopes down. This is only one person's analysis.
 
well i feel like you came onto him too fast by telling him you had a dream about him.

but from the looks of it he only wants to be friends. if you want it to be more then just try and be flirty, but not too flirty.
