Based off of my GPA and ACT, what colleges do you think I should consider?

I go to UB (SUNY at Buffalo)
I love it! You are definitely going to get in with the credentials you are telling us.
UB is great because it has 2 campuses. One thats near a city where you can always go out. and the other one gives you that real campus feeling of being away from it all. So you get the best of both worlds. Since it is a SUNY. You will be seeing a lot of people from ny...ALL over new york. However i did have a couple out of state friends! so you will not be alone!

What would you like to major in? UB has a top nursing and archetic program. Along with engineering and med, and a great law school.

Personally i do environmental engineering at ub because its the only SUNY school to offer it!
 
I got a 28 ACT and I have a 3.8 GPA. i was considering some places out east and possibly looking at State University of New York at Buffalo. What are your thoughts?

i'm from minnesota and i'm applying to La Crosse, Eau Claire, and perhaps University of Iowa. i want to apply out east just to have more options, location wise.
