Im confused in a baseball how do they determine the winning pitcher and the losing pitcher? or no decision? dont get it.

If your team wins the game, who ever on your team was the pitcher when the winning run was scored is the winning pitcher..
the losing pitcher is the person pitching, when the winning run was scored by the other team....
note that is the winning run, not the last run

if the score is 10 to 1, the winning run is run number 2....

Okay, this is how you decide, depending on his stuff is working or not, the starting pitcher if his team lineup get him some runs and keeps the game to his decision. After 80-96 pitches thrown, he needs to get to 5 and 1/3 of an inning, to qualify for a win, if he can survive through the night, past 5 1/3 innings, the reliever takes his place, and he pitches an inning of scoreless runs, the reliever qualifies for a hold, till they get the closer, eventhough they are runs scored from the opposing team. And if it is a 5-3 game score, only one run scores from the opposing team, it still qualifies for a save for the last reliever, but the starting pitcher is still credited with a win.

A pitcher gets the win if he starts and pitches at least five innings and has the lead when he leaves and the game never gets tied or the team loses the lead.

If there are ties or lead changes, the winning pitcher would be the pitcher that was on the mound last before the winning team took the lead for good.

Losing pitcher would be the pitcher accountable for giving up the lead, or if the starting pitcher leaves trailing and the team never catches up.

No decisions are starting pitchers that don't win or lose because of one or more of the aforementioned above.

winning pitcher pitch 5 full innings or more leave the game winning and your team wins without being tied or falling behind...

Losing- leave the game behind and your team never ties the game or goes ahead

no decision- Leave the game tied or the game becomes tied after you leave or the lead changes....
