Baseball Catcher Question??

I am a baseball catcher and I wanted to know how to call signs for the pitcher. I am only 13 so I do not really know how to. And pleasea do not say u put up 1 or 2 fingers. I know that! But I do not really know how the major league catchers do it. Any website links, videos, or you can explain it on here if you want to. Thank you.
 
You have to work it out with your pitcher. Your pitcher needs to explaine to you when hes comfortable throwing certain pitches. Also you need to work out signs and watch your signs aren't read when there is a man on second.
