I faintly recall people setting their drinks on fire at one of the Blenderfests back in college. Purely show.

Flaming Homer

1.0 oz. Blackberry Liqueur
1.0 oz. Brandy
1.0 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1.0 oz. Sloe Gin
1.0 oz. Strawberry juice

Flaming Moe

The drink is made up of Tequila, Schnapps, Crème de Menthe, and the secret ingredient: Krusty Non-Narkotik Kough Syrup. Once the liquors are mixed, the drink is set aflame.

I'd like to know what's in a Flaming Homer/Moe too! Although I wonder if setting a drink on fire would really do anything... or be safe, for that matter. Heh. I've never actually seen it done...
