BART Cop found guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter

I comply with cops. I don't try to fight. He wasn't just laying there. He was resisting. Usually when someone resists they are looking for a fight.
 
It's all circumstantial. In this instance, based on the video, the jury was right in their verdict. It was nrabroad
murder, it was involuntary manslaughter. We have a former NHP trooper serving time in prison in Nevada for rear ending a family car while he was doing 110+ and killing a few of them. Sure, that family was driving 40 mph in the fast lane of a freeway with no lights on, but he still grabroad
time for it.

I don't think he acted with malice, as defined in California.

My gut tells me that involuntary manslaughter is an insufficient charge given what I saw in that video. Looking at the letter of the law though, it seems like the most appropriate.

Do you understand how fucking stupid that term is? If a cop arrests you and you say "no, i don't wanna go to jail" with no physical action, they can charge you with resisting arrest!!

Voluntary would have meant he had intent, something the prosecution could nrabroad
and did nrabroad
prove.
