Barrys Boot Camp question 1000 calorie workout?

I ordered the whole system and have been using it for a month now. To be honest the only DVD I have done so far is the 1000 calorie workout. I'm completely addicted to it and do it about 4-5 times a week, and sometimes I throw in some extra days. What I want to know is, is it
healthy? I've been trying to lose weight for about 4 months now and so
far I've lost 12 pounds (5'4" 159 now). It's definately helping to maintain weight loss and build muscle. I find myself wanting to come
home and do the 1000 calorie workout instead of cardio and weights at
the gym. Like I said I'm obsessed with this workout! Is it ok t do only this? Is it a full complete workout or am I missing something?
 
actually the body loses 1-2 pounds a week, naturally and permanently, anything more, is usually loss of muscle, and water

so you seem to be right on track, medically speaking anyway
