The taxpayers bailout the rich evil banks that have done nothing but take advantage of the people with their bad mortgages, excessive service charges, and high credit card rates. The people they have been hurting get to "buy" their bad loans. Meanwhile GM's only mistake was being stuck with the United Auto Workers and their grossly overpaid workforce which stifled innovation. Shouldn't GM be given a chance now that the taxpayers are bailing out the Wall Street executives.

Short reply, No.

Long reply,Would you bail out a restaurant that served deep fried boot when consumers want food?

MPG is everything and they KNEW it.

Banks were forced to make bad loans by Liberals to help poor people buy houses. They didn't force the car companies to sell them cars.
