Hi guys I got an invite to a tracker and tried to signup but it failed , said try again later , I went to their IRC and they said some countires are banned and some are restricted ... so my all dreams were destroyed (...)

i'm not aware of a tracker that bans or resticts germany.

Because of lame f****g cheaters I have to pay, just beacause I was born here.
I advise the sysops of the major trackers to develop a commun database and ban all the cheaters form all the sites ( IF an user cheats on SCC for example , he should be banned everywhere not only SCC) This should dramatically decrease the willing of cheating.I belive the rest of us who are banned along with the scums, deserve a chance!!!

The ADSL provider in Israel just started testing the NGN network which means high speeds of upload.
I don't see any reason for any Israeli to continue cheating & I hope that when the trackers see that the cheating has stopped they will unban the ban....

Well 2 of my invitees were Israelis and they ratio cheated. so I dunno.

What.cd doesn't ban any country from the site. Few countries are banned from the interview channel, but they can get in by getting invite through a friend.

do the sites ban by the ip you use on the website, or by the ip you use to connect to the tracker?

wondering about this because i'm from israel but i use a (french) seedbox, would i be able to use the sites who banned israel if i only login to the website from an israeli ip?
