I was saying that about demonoid as alot of their uploads may be transcoded from lossy to flac.

You can always check if the spectrals look like chopped off, but you'll have already wasted bandwidth by then.

Ah, my mistake then. And yeah, some uploads are bad rips. But I've found way more good uploads then bad. If you're wanting a source that you don't have to worry about any album that you're about to grab then you need to get into the lossless trackers.
