am filing bankruptcy on 3 of next month, that is when I pay my lawyer first fee of 675.00. It is also when my creditors expecting me to pay them, some payday loans, and personal loans, what do I tell them, or does the lawyer tell me when I go to him. I have my paperwork all filled out to take to him, and suppose to take a course that day, so does that mean my case is going to be filed?"
