Ive received a letter from Natwest/RBS for my PPI refund for 2 loans. they have given me offers for both but they are much lower than expected. Ive seen that people can send back a 'thanks but no thanks' letter but cant find a template for this letter like my first one. Where can i find one and what is the next stage? Thanks
