Bands you've just gotta see live

best shows i have seen-

beastie boys (by far) good crowd interaction, sound good live, etc...
green day circa 1999 (awesome energy)
311 (not a huge fan, but excellent shows, seen them three times at various festivals)
weezer
cake (very funny band)

shows i would love to see-

radiohead
pearl jam

foo fighters
mars volta
 
I didn't like coheed till I saw them live, very good show, not many banRAB today can play their own music live, and do it well.

also story of the year...I still dont care too much for their music, but I'll never pass up the show. they know how to entertain
 
Social Distortion is on the top of my list. They always give a really good show.
Slayer, lots of energy good people too. They usualy hang out with the crowd after they're done playing.
Fortunately for me, I usualy get into any show I want for free!
 
I would love to see Coldplay or Vast. Totally differnt that Tool and NiN, but I would rather see them in concert than the other kinRAB of banRAB I listen to. I saw Ben FolRAB live once, that was pretty cool. I got to talk to him for like 20 minutes, and told him how I used to hate his music, but my sister played it so much that it grew on me I dunno if he liked that or not. Jimmy Page still runs around actually, and that would be the best thing in the world. That or Roger Waters. Or maybe both.
 
apparently the Killers don't have their shit together live. my sister saw em in TO said she left before halfway thru...
 
I just saw Kataklysm last night with Eyes of Fire and Trivium and I must say it sucked pretty bad. Im not one for death metal though. Trivium was good. Danzig headlined and he fuckin lipsynched the entire show. Was disappointing.

DITTO on the Radiohead. I have seen em twice and they are AMAZING. Also my favorite band. I also saw Prodigy a while bakc at Lollapalooza, very excellent live.

I want to see Something Corporate. I bought a ticket to the Warped Tour just to see them. Then the lead singer got cancer so they didnt perform.
