Bands you like that people tend to hate

Groove Armada and FielRAB of the Nephilim are hated? :(


My list is pretty boring - I'm sure there are some I'm forgetting.

What's wrong with these banRAB? I like all of them besides Lagwagon and Criteria...and that's really just because I never listened to them. AYWKUBTTOD (god damn even abbreviating their name is long) are freaking awesome.
 
Who in their right mind would hate these banRAB.

Okay I can understand U2 after Achtung, but even Zooropa was good.

As for banRAB I like that people tend to hate:

Foo Fighters
The ORABpring(these guys are the borab)
Agent Orange
 
I think Zooropa's a fairly decent album (Daddy's Gonna Pay For Your Crashed Car's a really good song), but otherwise I fall into line when it comes to hating these guys.
 
Good call on ELO. I should add them to my list. Jeff Lynne really is one of the most underated songwriters. I'm also quite fond of Roy Wood's old band The Move.

But where is this BJH hate coming from? Not many people have heard of them. They have more in common with The Moody Blues and Procol Harum than anything so they're not to be confused with the more raucous prog banRAB. I like them but they're not one of my favorites, a bit too sedated for me.



I didn't know they were hated. I like them a lot and I usually can't stand ranting feminists.
 
Haha, well it's also a mixed bag of how into the various artist I am. Billy Idol and Jesus Jones are ones I'm a huge fan of and own all their albums for example. Enya and Churabawaraba I only listen to in passing. I think Andrew WK's first album is frigging fantastic from start to finish, but don't really like anything else by him.



I can't say I listen to them very often but I do like them a lot. In fact, thinking about it I realize I don't actually have any of their albums but my dad listened to them a lot when I was growing up and I have a real soft spot for them because of that. I should probably get some of their catalogue, Hotel California at the very least.
 
I like Coldplay! I also like Enya.. but I don't know who could hate Enya.

Alright maybe I could but I like her. And yet I don't own any of her albums.

As for this forum the only one I think people may hate on here (I'm not even sure) is Dave Matthews Band.

I only listened to Trashed the once.. I never felt the need to bother with it again, I knew it was meant to be a pretty good Pop-Punk record. But I'm just not really into that kind of stuff. I wouldn't say Dookie is totally Pop Punk, even though there's elements of it there I don't think it's totally Pop Punk. Dude Ranch is Blink's best album along side their S/T. I want Blink to release a new album, I'm really excited and I don't know why.. I've not listened to them in months.
 
What! No! I've never seen dislike for them here. I would have noticed, they're my favorite group.
