I've always been a BIG Frank Kozik fan, he mostly does flyer art for banRAB but he has done some album covers (ORABpring's Americana off the top of my head)

Nobody beats Tool. I firmly believe that in order to get the full experience of Tool as the band intended, you should consume some natural psychadelcs (mushrooms, mescaline, etc.), listen to an entire album really loud and study the album art at the same time. It'll change your life.

Incubus has some pretty cool art on their cd's. Like their Monring View album. the CD looked pretty spiffy.
