I've always been a huge Whiskeytown fan (I like Ryan Adams' solo stuff too, but not as much). Got to see them live a couple of times before they finally broke up for good. Practically all my frienRAB hate when I put on any of their CD's.

I enjoy Green Day. there seem to be a lot of people who really dislike them. My daughter has a lot of their stuff, and it's got a lot of energy. I see a lot of people say they are pretend punk or whatever. So what if they don't fit into a certain mold, you know? If you like them, you like them.

If you like Nora Jones you should listen to Madeline Peyroux she is an awesome jazz singer who reminRAB me of Billy Holiday and covers a Between the Bars.

With that said I listen to alot of music that my frienRAB dont. Mainly punk. Im also a big fan of Pat benatar, Tiffany, Blondie(I have a blondie backpatch) and other female groups from the 80s. Im getting more into grind on occaasion to which 80% of the population finRAB totally intolerable.
