Bamboo pen and touch photoshop download?

i got a bamboo pen and touch, and it came with photoshop elements 7.0, but i dont have a CD disc drive, and i was wondering if there was any place i could download this version because i could only find photoshop elements 9.0 on the photoshop website..... i have the serial codes for the photoshop 7.0
