I have to make a model of a bald eagle and I already bought a bunch of feathers. I tried making it out of homemade dough but it falls apart too easy, and real clay would be too expensive for how big it needs to be. Any ideas on what I could do to make the base and then attah the feathers in to or on to? Thanks soo much! Oh, and if you have a question, just ask, I will be checking as often as I can.
