According to Moonphase's update, "Bakugan 2", as it's titled, will begin airing on TV Tokyo Network come Spring 2010. The exact origin of information that they recieved this isn't known, but I would assume the information is accurate, based on the reliability of the site in the past. There was also a report at the end of October available on Animax's site, which you can view here, that reported there would be a push for the toys and merchandising next year. So it hardly comes to a surprise that the anime series will begin airing as well.
As many people have known, the second series of Bakugan had began airing in Canada and United States, as well as possibly other areas of the world. This wouldn't be the first time it has happen, nor will it be the last. While I am glad that Bakugan will atleast finish broadcast in Japan, kind of makes me a little sad that Sonic X didn't get a chance like this. I guess in the end, it atleast got released legally over there in some fashion.
Then again, this could also be that "Third Series" that was reported being in production and Japan is skipping the second series all together. Of course, I don't know. I guess we'll see once more information is made available.
