I don't know if there is a word that describes this or not, but how you describe somebody that does gets mad at you, and when you go up and apologize, they don't accept your apology and continue not accepting it, demanding that you do something in the effort to win their apology (which by now they aren't even mad anymore, they are just using you).
It happens a lot with my Mother and other people and I want to know of there is a way I can call them out without sounding stupid. Like if there was an easy way to describe it or a good word to describe it.
