Acne When "My Time Of The Month" rolls around? What can i do to get rid of my acne. My skin is usually OK, but whenever I am on my period, I break out like crazy!!!

It is more of a hormonal thing, so I am afraid that the acne lotions wont work (and they make my skin REALLY dry too).

Help!
 
I have the exact same problem!! But when I know my period is coming around I use a mask every night before my shower and then every morning and night i wash my face with regular soap and let a hot wash cloth sit on my face for a min or so then put an icecold one on. It should help!! Good luck.
