Bad to go to gym every day?

I try to go every single day, whatever time I could get to go out. walking from my house to the gym and back is about close to 1 mile. Then when I get to the gym, I work out my arms, stomach ect. (I don't run on the tredmills or anything like that)

Could over working out be bad for my mental and physcial health? Help.
by the way, now my period only lasts a day and a half?
