bad to eat carbs and apples at night?

i eat like alot of carbs befor bed
well like 1-2 hours
i have some egg whites with some grilled veggies
and apple
yougurt and cearel in it
is it bad to eat carbs at night?
are the carbs in fruit such as apples bad for you

please help im trying to loose weight!!!!!!!!!!!
 
The carbs in apples are more from the natural sugar thats in them. The vitamins and other nutrients that you get from eating a piece of fruit such as an apple greatly outweigh the bad effects that the sugars give you. It is a smart choice to eat fruit. You also may want to cut down on one of the things maybe instead of having yogurt AND cereal you pick one and then maybe the next night pick the other one. Eating veggies is also very important as we all know. But veggies like corn, peas, potatoes and beans also contain more carbs than green beans, onions, broccoli, and carrots to name a few. As long as your not having something heavy before you go to bed (which it sounds like you're not) you should be all right
 
carbs are terrible at that time. only eat carbs for breakfast and lunch. i wouldnt eat them for supper even. they are ment to be used as energy and if you dont use them like before bed they get stored as fat. apples are high in natural sugar. they arent so great as what you may think for you. never eat 3-4 hours before bed.
 
you should eat apples in evening when you are walking or at some work.
if you will eat apple at night then it is bad for health.

you should lose weight by a trick before 2 hours of breakfast take
a glass of water . water should not hot nor cold. take a lumen and put it juice in to water and drink it. do it daily until you gain your require weight.
only do it one time before 2hours of breakfast.
