Bad Road Test Supervisor?

I took my first road test and sadly, i failed. The woman who was the head supervisor in the area was very serious and i understand this because its her job. She said i was going too slow when really, i was driving on a optimal 20-25 mph which is perfect for the are i was being tested at. She said i was going too slow two times when i was at a perfect speed. In the mistake receipt that she gave me, she wrote that i failed changing to different lanes, when in fact i was always on a one lane street and on a two lane street and never had to change lanes. She also wrote that i had poor judgment approaching intersections, when in fact, i perfectly and smoothly stopped at all intersections. I know she might of had been too serious, but she made wrong accusations that clearly never happened, maybe she had a bad day or something. My driving instructor in his own words said that he was 200% sure that i would pass, and he also said that i failed because of the head supervisor. What do you guys think, was it really my fault or was it the supervisor's bad judgment?
