bad pains in stomach going around to back

i have had bad pains in my head and stomach for about 2 months now and recently after many blood tests my doctor said that they think i have a pituarity gland problem and i am going to my local hospital next month but today at work i went on my break and suddenly i got really severe pains in my stomach going round to my back and they are still as bad half an hour on i can hardly walk what should i do?

I suggest if your pain is still bad, than you should have someone drive you to the nearest emergency room.
