bad pain in my glands. causing pain in neck head arm pit, arm and breast, any advice?

for the past year i have been having pain on the left side of my neck round about where my glands are situated. it is causing pain to travel into my ear and up the back of my head. it feels almost like a pressure feeling. I constantly feel tired all the time too. Recently, I have been getting pain under my left arm pit, down the inner side of my arm and on my breast. My glands feel a normal size and there doesn't seem to be any swelling. I also have been having pain on left side of my lower back and cloudy urine. I dont know if this is anything to do with the pain i am having i just i'd mention it just incase. Generally I feel relative healthy but very tired all the time. Does anyone have any advice on what this could be i am starting to get really worried about this beacuse I am now getting pain in my arm pit. thanks for any advice anyone can give, it is greatly appreciated x
 
Has this been checked out by a doctor? Because it's been going on for a while.

It might be related to your glands, but it could also be just tightness in the neck muscles. It's difficult to say for sure. If it eases when you gently stretch your neck, though, you might want to keep stretching.
