Bad credit- 1st time buyer- How do I buy a car?

I have HORRIBLE credit- school loans. I can't seem to get a GOOD job because of my location (id have to travel 30 miles away-train nor bus can get me there) The only job next to me is a fast food- probably pays 800 a month. Yet I usually can make 3grand outside of town. So if i work at this fast food place - can I purchase a car with a pay stub? has anyone heard of this? I'm a drift when it comes to cars - and no one can co-sign
