Bad Bacne!! Going to Florida!! Need HELP!!!

So I have have been struggling with back acne for a few years now. I was prescribed Differen, Duac, and Minocycline. I stopped taking the Minocycline a couple times, so I have just given up on it now. My acne is controlled, but I keep getting BIG ones that start deep and leave nasty scars. I have many red scars on my back now and am going to Florida in 2 weeks. I have scheduled a consultation for laser scar treatment, but I couldnt get in for a month. I am going to be so erabarassed to take my shirt off. Is there anything I can do to lighten the appearence of the scars on my back in two weeks? I go tanning, but that doesnt seem to help much. Can anyone help??? Also, does anyone know how to get rid of this back acne????? Or anyone have any longer term scar treatments. Mainly, I need to know how to get rid of it for Florida. Thanks
 
This may sound strange but some people on another forum have said that using Head and Shoulders shampoo (original formula) on back acne has worked, because of the zinc. Also there was mention of using the dandruf shampoo by neutogena, its kind of expensive, purchased once for son,it has pine tar and something else????It comes in a small bottle and strong smell dark colored.
 
Thanks, I will try that. I have heard that too. I really need to get rid of this scarring quickly (at least the redness) though.
 
Use a back brush and some OxyWash, then, after drying off, spray with Natures Cure Acne Spray (this is avaliable at the big online drugstores if you cant find it localy)
 
Anyone have any quick solutions to the scars????? At least the redness? Its coming up soon!!
 
RUBBING ALCOHOL---- awesome!!

Ok... don't know if this will work for everyone but it has been AMAZING for me. I started getting backne in middle school and by high school it was terrible... I NEVER work tank tops. Went on Accutane senior yr and it completely went away... for a few years. 6 months ago the backne came back (I'm 21 now). I'd been using the Neutrogena BodyClear Scrub but it only helped a little. I even looked into illegally buying a 2nd round of Accutane online.

Then I heard about some body spray by Clinique that was supposed to work pretty well, but I didnt want to spend $20 on it knowing it most likely woudlnt work for me. But, noticing that its primary ingredient was rubbing alcohol, I went to the drugstore and for $2 got a big bottle of 70% isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). After I get out of the shower, I soak a cotton ball or 2 in the alcohol and wipe it all over my back (hard to reach, but I try my best to get the whole thing). And even though I shower thouroughly with body scrub daily, the cotton balls turn light brown!!! I saw that and no wonder I was breaking out with so much pore clogging grime sitting there. Now, its summer and I wear tanks all the time and literally have not had ONE SINGLE PIMPLE on my back, arms or chest since I started this.

Like I said I dont know if it will work for everyone. But at such a cheap price, and such amazing results for someone like me who had no success with anything else except Accutane, I think you need to at least try it.
 
I don't know if you found a solution yet but I use the acnefree I think the name is from wal-mart. I only use the cleanser. I was using proactive but it's more expensive.
