Backyard garden help please?

I recently uncovered my garden from leaves. I don't grow vegetables or store-bought flowers, but instead transplant leafy plants from my backyard. It's pretty small with about 5 plants. Some of my plants, (a pricker bush seedling esp.), keep wilting. I know it's winter and not the best time to grow, but any tips on how to keep them alive?? Also my ivy hasn't wilted but isn't growing any. Any advice....??
