I recently purchased a T5 and have experienced a hard reset. I didn't realize this but when I did a restore with my PC it only restored what was on the RAM not the programs and info that I had stored on the INTERNAL card. Is that correct or did I do something wrong? Is there a program that will back
up the entire PDA contents including the INTERNAL to my PC. Backup
Buddy for Windows does not work with the T5 it says that they are
working on fixing the problem. Is there something else out there?
Also, if I use a SD Card will it back up the entire contents of the
PDA too. I must say I have experienced more resets and trouble with
this T5 than any of the other 4 PDAs that I have owned. Office Max
won't take it back. If they did I don't think I would own one right
now. But that's another story for another day. I'm stuck with it now
and need to back it up before I lose more valuable time and information.
