MRE's have improved in taste in the last few years I like the lasagna one. Shop in the regular grocer for inexpensive meals. I like lipton noodle and rice the side dish packages just add a can of tuna or chicken and they taste great. Cup a soups are also an easy prep meal. for a little more $ the Mountain House brand freeze dried meals are ok, again I like the lasagna. Power bars are better than the breakfast bars.
