I will be backpacking France from the beginning of October to the 2nd week of January. I have backpacked thru France before but not during the fall/winter. Does anyone have any personal experience backpacking in France or Europe during these times? I know it's not an ideal time to venture thru France, but it's the time I've been alloted. ANy genuine advice will be greatly appreciated!
