Backpack through Europe itinerary--Approval?

Just a warning...this is long, but if you love europe/backpacking trips and would like to help someone with planning advice, I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT!! :)

I'm planning a solo backpack through europe trip, and I've been working on an itinerary. the only thing is that as of now, I only have 16 days planned so far, and only 29 days total. I have to fit everything into 5 weeks anyway between the time I get out of school and the time I start my summer job, so if I were to add days it would only be 6 more tops, but I feel like for so far what I have planned that it's enough for me and that I'm content with it, even though pretty much EVERYONE says that a month is not enough time, and i'm content with the fact that I'll be exploring many different places in a short amount of time.
I'm modeling my trip roughly after this, in terms of some of the destinations and what itineraries are for a day in each place:
http://explorica.com/teachers/select-a-tour/european-combinations/best-of-europe.aspx
so after reading that, i know that it's POSSIBLE to see many places in a short amount of time, but I still want to get approval for my itinerary from experienced travelers. So far here's what I have (and each number is the day)

Day 1: Fly from JFK in New York to Cork, Ireland (only thing here I want to see is blarney castle, but will explore the rest of Cork for the rest of the night. Decided to just arrive through here than set up an excursion from Dublin). Will probably rest early here, maybe consider getting a private hotel room instead of a hostel so that I can go to bed early and cure my jet lag.

Day 2: Travel to Dublin in the morning and arrive by 9:00 AM. What I want to see here: Dublin Castle, Guinness Storehouse, Saint Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity college, Phoenix Park.

Day 3: Early morning flight to London. First stop-London eye, just to get a view of everything, see where everything is, plus it's something I'm most excited to see. Then walk along Thames to Shakespeare's globe, past London Bridge, cross Tower Bridge to Tower of London, and end the day at St.Paul's Cathedral. Of course, anything inbetween these places I would check out, such as small parks or shops, and eat meals along the way.

Day 4: Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey. Check out Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, and British Museum. See a West End show at night.

Day 5: Take an early flight to Paris. First stop is the Louvre. Jardin de Tulieres, Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe.

Day 6: Versailles during the day. Moulin Rouge area, Sacre Coeur, and Opera house, and neighborhoods, during late afternoon/evening.

Day 7: Eiffel tower first thing in AM, Notre Same, Saint Sulpice. Anything else left to do in Paris. Overnight train to Madrid

Day 8: Madrid. Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de España, Prado Museum, Royal Palace. Would combine trips to the Plazas with a meal time, so that just being in a plaza serves a purpose rather than journeying somewhere just to stand in a plaza and then leave shortly after arriving.

Day 9: Excursion to Toledo. Try and find somewhere to see a bullfight while there. Last minute sightseeing in Madrid. Late night bus to Barcelona.

Day 10: Barcelona. Arrive around 7-8 AM on bus. Sagrada Familia, Plaza de Catalunya, Montjuich Mountain, Paseo de Gracia, Picasso Museum. Beach, time/weather permitting. Overnight ferry to Rome.

Day 11: Ferry to Rome arrives around 5 PM. Coliseum upon arrival, and spend night in that area. No big touring plans.

Day 12: Vatican City/Basilica Tour early in AM (9-10ish). Afternoon/Night--City walk. Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona.

Day 13: Florence--Galleria dell'Accademia, Basilica (open to other suggestions--only here one night)

Day 14: Udine, Italy (where family lives). Relax/Recharge

Day 15: Day trip to Venice. Back to Udine with relatives for the night

Day 16: Udine. Overnight transit to Zurich.

That's where my schedule stops for now. I have yet to look into, in detail, the rest of the trip, but in terms of where I'll be on what day I have:

Day 17--Zurich
Day 18--Zurich/Munich
Day 19--Neuschwanstein Castle/Bavaria, back to Munich
Day 20--Munich
Day 21--Vienna
Day 22--Vienna/Prague
Day 23--Prague
Day 24--Berlin
Day 25--Berlin/Concentration Camp trip
Day 26--Berlin/Brussels
Day 27--Brussels
Day 28--Amsterdam
Day 29--Amsterdam, and late flight home.

Is there anywhere so far that I should add a day for?? So far, for everything up to Zurich, I've calculated a cost of $2570 out of my $4000 budget...that's for admission to everything, airfare, EuroRail pass which will be used for the remainder of the trip as well, hostels, and food money, plus $100 emergency (for now. would definitely add more to the emergency fund but I just threw in 100 for now).
